The Builder I work with
I would like to introduce the builder I’ve been using myself and that I have been recommending to my clients for the last 20 years, JOEL SABATER, owner of his own company. He is located in a little town near Platja d’Aro, but has been working not only in all Catalunya but even in France. He is ready to do the whole house from the very plot, or rehabs of any kind. Small or big, easy or very complicated ones.
At the beginning of his professional career he had been in the electricity & plumbering area. Afterwards he dedicated himself only to the construction, with the benefits that his former knowledge on these other areas report to his works.
As he was born in the area, he has all the necessary contacts to do absolutely all the jobs related to the construction, and as a consequence, in all jobs he is able to offer a turnkey project. You will receive the keys of your home ready to use. Including a deep cleaning if you wish so.
The clients that have used his services will be glad to explain you personally their degree of satisfaction, as they are grateful for the quality of his jobs. As from this year, we have started with a Testimonials section of the two jobs he has done during this terrible 2020.
Should you need his services, you’ll have to get in touch with me. It is his only flaw: he does not speak english. As he is a smart guy, he uses google translator, and for more difficult things he uses a guy who speaks english.
